LAMBRUSCO DI MODENA SPUMANTE D.O.C.

100% LAMBRUSCO DI SORBARA GRAPES

The Wine: This Brut red wine is obtained by a selection of the best Sorbara grapes entirely gathered in small cases (max. 37 lbs.) by manual harvesting. The grape is carefully handled in order to prevent from crushing during transportation to the winery. The clarification of the must is followed by a fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. After resting for at least 6 months the wine receives selected yeasts prior of being bottled. The bottles are then stored horizontally in piles for the re-fermentation process in a constant ambient temperature of 53 Fahrenheit degrees. The last steps are the remuage, disgorgement and liqueur d’expedition addition.

Tasting Notes: Bright ruby color. Delightful scents on the nose with hints of wild strawberries. Very fresh on the palate, the taste is enhanced by shades of red fruits and berries.

100% LAMBRUSCO DI SORBARA GRAPES

 

The Wine: This Lambrusco rose’ is obtained by a selection of the best Sorbara grapes entirely gathered in small cases (max. 37 lbs.) by manual harvesting. Each grape is carefully handled in order to prevent them from crushing during transportation to the winery. The must is submitted to clarification followed by alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. After resting at least six months the wine receives selected yeasts prior to being bottled. The bottles are then stored horizontally for the re-fermentation process in a constant ambient temperature of 53°F. The following steps are remuage, disgorgement and liqueur d’expédition addition.

Tasting Notes: This Lambrusco presents a beautiful pale pink color, marked by a delicate froth of bubbles. On the nose scents of bread, toasted hazelnuts, rose and pomegranate tones. Smooth taste and good body.

LAMBRUSCO DI SORBARA D.O.C. “RIMOSSO”

100% LAMBRUSCO DI SORBARA GRAPES

The Wine: This red wine is obtained by a selection of the best Sorbara grapes entirely gathered in small cases (max. 37 lbs.) by manual harvesting. Maceration takes place in cold press. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in thermo conditioned stainless steel tanks. After a wait of at least 6 months, to allow the wine to become limpid, the wine is then bottled. The bottles remain at a constant temperature of 53 Fahrenheit degrees, which allows the wine to ferment and refine in its own yeasts.

Tasting Notes: Is a Ruby colored wine with violet inflections. Ripe red fruit scents on the nose. The palate is complex with black cherry tones. Juicy and velvety to close
